Its connection supplies live, read-only financial data to the workspace's agents and approved API tools. ## QuickBooks The Data sources page exposes QuickBooks as the financial connection. 1. Select **Data sources** in the workspace sidebar. 2. Open the QuickBooks card. 3. Select **Connect** and complete the Intuit authorization flow. 4. Choose the company that belongs to the active workspace. 5. Return to MosoFin and confirm the connection status. If you selected QuickBooks during setup but have not authorized it yet, the page shows **Ready to connect**. ## Connection states * **Live:** MosoFin can retrieve permitted data from the connected company. * **Reconnect:** The authorization needs to be renewed. * **Not connected:** No company has been authorized for this workspace. MosoFin supports up to five authorized QuickBooks entities from the QuickBooks source type in each workspace. Every new workspace has its own separate five-entity allowance. > **Important:** Before authorizing QuickBooks, confirm the active workspace and company name. Connecting the wrong company can expose that company's data to the workspace members and agents permitted to use it. MosoFin's access is read-only. Accounting credentials remain with Intuit during authorization, and MosoFin does not use the connection to modify the books. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
